Zentangle Bunnies

Process

The idea for this project came from wonderbarart.com on pinterest – there are a lot of projects out there similar to this one -with and without the glasses or other accessories. Grade 6 students traced a bunny template and I guided them trough the main features of the eyes, nose and mouth. We then sectioned off various areas of the body. Students created a different pattern in each section directly with black marker. This bunny was then cut out and pasted onto a colored paper. Students then traced a template for the glasses onto some multicolored paper to paste onto their bunny.
