Self-Portraits in Spray Paint

Students printed out a photo selfie, and used as a base to cut out sections in a plastic overlay with an exacto knife. Once these sections were cut out, they could be used as a stencil. The canvas board was first sprayed with a variety of bright colors. The stencil was then placed on top and black spray paint was used to create the self-portrait.
